I was disappointed with the complimentary breakfast, as the food quality was not up to expectations. Additionally, i found the overall service to be lacking, which contributed to a less than satisfactory. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. The rooms were nice but service was lethargic. Bedsheets were dirty and even the tv, wifi was not working. I would not recommend to leisure travelers.

I booked this hotel for a single day, it was a couple booking, the experience was pathetic. Room service was very poor and location felt unsafe because of being with a women throughout as there were many people roaming here and there. No basic stuff like coffee packet, sugar packet water glass. Tea was few days old. Room rent is way high as per the service provided, even rooms with 1200 rs price provides better quality service.

Very unhygienic condition of rooms and cigarettes smoking smell is coming in all the rooms. The condition is not at all good and i suggest to take care before check in.
