Hotel staff are very supportive & helpful. Breakfast quality are very nice, next time once I came here wants stay in this Hotel. Next time when I came to Bangluru i stay in this hotel. Love it. ❤️

Clean and tidy. Comfortable to stay. Staff is very cooperate. Tasty food. Over all the stay is very happy. It is very convenient to reach the hotel from bangalore city junction

Location is been great. Ambience is suberb. Food quality is good. Service is up to the mark. Travel desk worked well for me. Overall a nice and comfortable stay. Rooms are bigger.

Our experience at hotel ut elegance was pretty average. The rooms were basic but clean. Wifi was working perfectly. It is also located at a prime location very close to the railway station and the bus stand and also has lot of eateries in the neighbourhood. The service at the hotel wasn't very good and the restaurant didn't look clean with pretty average food. Overall we got we paid for as the prices of the hotel are pretty low compared to others in the same location.

Toilets are bad. Health faucet was leaking. Wash basin was choked. Bed sheet stained. Breakfast poor quality. . Best to avoid.
