This is like the best place you can go for in this price range hospitality is really amazing, Loved the service and the owner and the receptionist are really amazing person.

Broken windows , not safe people who are travelling with children’s , staff behaviour is also terrible

Dear Sir,Utsav Hotel is totally a third class arrangement. On ordering in the hotel room, the coffee cup is given broken, without informing, Poha is sent from a shop outside the hotel. And the behavior in the hotel is not good. And if I have to go again, then I will never go to Utsav Hotel in my life and will also inform others not to go to such hotels. There is no daily cleaning in the hotel. Neither are the bedsheets changed. It felt like we are in a lodge. Utsav Hotel is totally a third class arrangement.Thank you

staff behaviour is ok but there is a lack of basic amenities in the hotel like towel,soap even they charged for the drinking water also room ac was not in working condition.

Room facilities should have been more developed, for example - tv was there but was not working, ac for this i had to call the reception downstairs, they brought breakfast from outside whereas at the time of room booking breakfast was included but breakfast even when i bought it from a third party, there were limited options

●Pros:- Size of Room and Washroom was Good. Water Supply was good in Washroom Had Exhaust Fan in Washroom . ●Cons:- Bedsheet, Pillow Covers was Dirty and had Stains..... . Overall bedand room had hairs and Stains from previous traveller. . Drinking Water had bitter Taste . No Cupboards, No Work Desk was there. . No Mineral Water was provided. . No Bucket, No Mug, No Stool, No Bathing Soap was provided.

My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. We arrived for check-in at midnight (12 a.m.), but the manager, whose name was either Rajesh or Rakesh, was highly unprofessional. He claimed he hadn’t received any mail or booking confirmation. We were made to wait until 1:30 a.m., and only by 2:30 a.m. were we given a room—which turned out to be extremely unhygienic. The toilet was filthy, with stains and completely unwashed. The matress was placed right next to the toilet, making it very uncomfortable. The bedsheets were unwashed, often missing, and they used single-bed sheets on a double bed. I had also paid for an extra bed, but all they provided was a mattress, which they placed on the floor beside the toilet. When we asked for a new room or an upgrade, offering to pay extra money, the manager kept demanding more and more money each time we agreed, showing no professionalism or honesty. The lack of cleanliness, comfort, and ethical behavior by the staff and management makes this hotel the worst experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely.

Location is nearby govt hospital so not so good no hygiene, no kitchen, no good food else service was ok ok

It was quite a good experience, the room was clear hai wifi is available all the time, and the service are good and the food was also tasty

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and courteous staff. The club room was spacious enough to house 2 mattresses besides a double bed. Breakfast is typical kota breakfast with delicious poha and kota kachoris and tea. The staff took special care for our car in terms of parking space.
