Behaviour of staff was good

Air condition is not work properliy, overall all is well. Pols check room no. 101 air condition. Need repair

Hotel was neat and clean. Location is also good. Safety features not upto the mark, but can't more expect from gaya. Mm t mentioned it as 3 star property but actually it's not. It doesn't carry any star. Parking has a big issue. Ac is working but in temperature 16 working as 23. One thing i really appreciate, that is the behaviour of hotel staff. Especially a bell boy named manu singh was very cooperative. Overall experience is average.

It's a very good experience to stay there. All staffs are well trained. Location is near from station. And food is delicious.

Hotel Utsav is a very beautiful and beautiful room their rooms are neat and clean I stay in Utsav Hotel I like this Hotel.

Room was small. But, guess was according to the money. Good location. Boys were really nice. Fulfilled all our requirements. No food with the Hotel. But, nearby you can get plenty. Overall very good experience

A great experience for the amount of money spent. The hotel is really located at a walking distance away from the railway station. The ease of accessibility to various amenities like shops, parlours, saloons, food stalls are also great. The cleanliness of the hotel is also decent also the room service was great with the people of the hotel serving at any hour of the day to our requirements. There is also arrangements for hosting various programs like marriage receptions, thread ceremonies, etc. Overall a good experience for the amount of money charged.
