Good location near bus stand food was costly under bar available u can buy any type of whiskey and rum

Location Relation and communication are excellent good service and supportive staff cleanliness and hygiene are maintained

I book this hotel 4 night but i stayed only 3 night, bad smell from room.

I found cocroch in the room als the hot water is available only in morning time till 11 am. If we check in 12 pm then you have to take bath on next day morning. And owner is also not replying for this.

Just manageable to stay, unfortunately poor manager and receptionist who initially told no booking is there in the name and cannot give rooms. After seeing the reservations, he gave a pathetic ac room with torn blankets and one non ac room, (but my booking was for two ac deluxe rooms. And they did not feel sorry for it.

The overall stay was pathetic considering the amount paid. One was charged more than the rack rate. Second overall cleanliness, leaking bathrooms, broken tiles, no drinking water facility. I can go in and on !

Cloths were dirty. No water in room. In reception smoke smell. Breakfast option please don't take.

No proper service. Rooms were just average. Blankets were old and pathetic. Towels were dirty. Not recommended for family or couples

Hotel is nice ,staff is quite good

Room was clean but tv was not working. I even complaint at reception desk but no one came to fix it. It was mentioned in while booking that minirals water will be complementary but the hotel charged for water. They even charged for my pure book breakfast. Not happy with the service.

Parking place is too congested because of a nearby market. You will get scratches on your vehicle if you drive through it.

The hotel is situated very near to the jigani apc also the market place is very near to it. The hotel staff is also very cooperative. The arrangement for food and cleanliness is awesomeit was great

This hotel is in remote place not many facilities around this hotel. I booked this hotel as this hotel is near to my office. I stayed for 2 days. The hotel staff is not so friendly. I stayed Non AC single room, the room is clean but rest room is not. During my stay some work is going on so most of stay is noisy.
