Bcoz of online booking they give us a normal ground floor room nor water bottle no tv no cleaned room It’s just a guesthouse kind of a room

Terrible Stay
The stay was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. The food was average — cold and tasteless. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout. The location was noisy, not peaceful as advertised, and basic amenities like Wi-Fi and hot water were either not working or inconsistent. Definitely not worth the money, would not recommend.

One of the best hotel in katra in budget. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for better stay. A perfect view from the hotel.

1 star hotel. Room ok ok
Staff was terrible. Refused to give breakfast at 7. 30 am and had arguments for everything. Not advisable to stay

Poor Stay
Facilities are not provided in the room. Like no tv working, no soap in the washroom and the location of the hotel is not easy to locate.

Excellent Stay
"i had an excellent stay for 2 nights at the hotel. The room was spotless, well-ventilated, and featured a large window with a stunning mountain view, which made the experience truly refreshing. While the surrounding streets weren't in the best condition, the hotel’s convenient parking facility made up for it. There were a couple of brief power cuts, but they lasted only a minute or two and didn’t affect my stay at all. Overall, a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay with great amenities and a beautiful view. Highly recommended"
