Review Of Hotel Vandana

Location was very good. Foods are average quality. Property also avarage. RO water very bad. Needs change the RO system. Otherwise everything is good. Staff service also good

Rooms were not as that good we thought. Toilets are not clean. Doors have lock issue. Housekeeping boys were good but reception people holding harsh tone while dealing with customers.

My stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, the staff were unhelpful, and the food was overpriced and tasteless. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and basic cleanliness was lacking. Overall, the experience was far below expectations — not worth the price and definitely not recommended

Very bad hotel. they prepared extra bill for profit if you book this hotel by online. very bad behaviour.

The hotel has put posters that the Checkout is valid for next 24hrs from the time you have checked in, Even in there was option of flexible check in and hence I booked the hotel at my convenient time and I checked in the hotel 5 PM. Ideally they should have allowed me to stay upto 5PM of the next day. However they told me that since you have booked through online the checkin and check out showing the standard time as 12 PM To 12 PM and they can't acomodate my stay upto 5PM. I complained also but no help offered by the support team. I was charged extra by the hotel. additionally the staffs are very rude and hotel room and washroom are very dirty.

The reception team seems to be uncooperative. Not of good nature you can say. Accommodation was unhygienic. They seems to prefer customers for offline booking rather than the one who made online, even the prices offered by them were higher. Unhappy with the stay.

The rooms are very untidy and the bathrooms are smelly. Resturant food price are very high and not worthy.

The hotel service is not good, I am asking soap and a towel but they are not giving us, moreover they are demanding more money from us, the room was not clean properly

Nothing is good except location. I have never stayed in such a broken, old and shaby hotel before. Continuous water leakage in the bathroom. It’s altogether a frustrating experience. I catch my ears not to go there again.

provided the most worse room just opp.to the photo .bug and cockroaches and bugs with lots of mosquitos disturbed whole Night. they stated that for online booking they provide such types of rooms

The establishment is situated in a convenient location close to the Guwahati Railway Station. It offers a reasonable value for the cost, and the service provided is commendable.

Staying for 3 hours with my family. Cleanliness is extremely lacking. Needs improvement. Do not recommend.
