Review Of HOTEL VARSHA INTERNATIONAL RESIDENCY

Pathetic service provided by jose thomas, to begin with, no one is always available at reception telecom doesn't work we have to call and ask for everything even after calling they treat us as we are soo called janitor or employee no tv no proper cleaning rooms are stinking unfortunately i have to stay one more day just because we have paid for it. Would never recommend anyone to stay.

A good property very poorly maintained. Hardly any staff. No restaurant. Even tea is brought from other small Road Side shops n served cold. No tea kit. No working tv. A horrible stay

Budget rates, but facilities offered were poor. Behaviour from staff and food was excellent. AC, hot water in our room didn't work. Room was poorly maintained. There's no staff in reception after evening till next morning.
Good facility but poorly maintained. Good food, big room, big campus with parking space and greenery, good behaving staff. Rooms poorly maintained, AC and hot water facility didn't work well, no person in reception after evening till next day morning, Park mentioned is untidy.

Do not book please. We have booked the hotel. But they do not give us the room.

Location must have lowered their business hence they have stopped the restaurant here but still staff was ready to get any food to room. The rooms smell dusty. Otherwise a great place, has big spacious room and bathroom with a nice feel as it is built cave like structure. Has play area and staff ready to help you with anything.

Stay was good and comfortable. Rooms were good. There is not a full time restaurant at the Hotel. Location of the Hotel is OK. There is a beer and wine parlour at the Hotel. Staff of the hotel are very courteous and helpful.

The most worse hotel experience I ever had. Sice we booked the hotel a On breakfast plan. After we check in to the hotel they said they do not serve the breakfast so we can told them we have paid for it. A old man in the reception as**#@le) he spoke to us in a rude manner are and asked us to pay the double we paid or need to check out from the room. We the asked them to pay the amount we paid online. First they told us they had not got any Male or amt from MMT we called the manager of the hotel and told the issue. Finally by calling both the MMT customer service they given back the amt. This was d situation in this hotel so guys don't book this hotel. The idiot don't knw anything in the reception.
