was on a business stay and had a very good stay. I stayed in the new wing and found the rooms vary spacious clean and modern. staff os very helpful. food is a little costly, but is very tasty. restaurant is very good place to have breakfast....

My stay at Hotel Varuna was very good overall. The staff was courteous, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to a premium category at no extra charge. The food was good as well. However, since I missed my breakfast, I had requested to adjust it against my dinner, which the hotel did not agree to — that was a bit disappointing. The entrance to the hotel rooms could have been better, possibly due to the ongoing construction work. Additionally, the rooms facing the lawn were affected by loud music from events held there, which made it difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep

Poor Stay
Service & hygiene is very poor...not recommended . Washrooms are untidy . Taken so much time around 2 hrs to allot rooms...

Worst service and staff
Worst staff service, receptionist doesn’t know how to handle customer , Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dirty rooms, rude staff, and zero sense of hospitality. Wouldn’t recommend this place even for free. Extremely disappointed and the service was unresponsive. The staff was inattentive The staff here seriously needs a lesson in basic . Extremely rudeand unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, they make you feel like you’re doing them a favor by staying here. Never coming back nor recommending
