Excellent location of the hotel. Very close to the dalai lama temple. Rooms are clean and spacious. The room service and food is also excellent. Very highly recommended.

5. While going we were to board at kasmiri gate. 2 hours before someone confirmed also. I booked the cab to kashmiri gate. But 30. Mins. Later i was told to board from majnu ka till instead of kasmiri gate. While returning again following points needs improvement 1. Wifi password not given again 2. No charging point on the seat. 3. Driver and conductor were gossiping whole night in loud voices. Driver was continuously using slang. 4. Poor passenger management one group of students were playing loud music, yelling shouting, moving up and down the bus frequently holding the seats, sitting any where they pleased. Someone was sitting on our seat also when we boarded, even after request they were not getting up. Later only when i complained to the conduct two times he told them to get up. Hotel was nice. Rates were reasonable. Room had wifi tv and was quite comfortable. Hotel food was also good and reasonably priced. Staff was courteous and cooperative
