groupThe locarion of hotel is great, walkable distance from the fort. The breakfast was good but the staff was not helpful. They would not pick up the luggage, they would listen to request & just ignore it. You can stay here if you need a budget hotel near fort.

Not a good hotel
Not that much good the hotel tried to scam us not a worthy hotel go for another hotel. Location of the hotel was okay not too good

Bad experience in stay not stuggest to anyone. Rooms are not clean.
Property conditions is really very bad. Not like the stay. Rooms are suffocating and not clean as well.

We called hotel in afternoon to inform that we will reach till night and keep the rooms clean n working but when we reached the commode flush was not working so we called manager but he was taking very rudely and told us to discuss with makemytrip because you have booked it from their.

Undesirable stay and incompetent staff
I called this hotel before reaching and confirmed my stay but despite that my room was not ready and was not cleaned post last person’s checkout. Also this was late in night, so i had no other option.

Pathetic stay at VASSHIFA palace Jaisalmer
businessBasically no amenities in room even water bottles & kettle was not available what I would say for bathroom accessories. Nothing was present in room. Bed sheet & blanket was dirty I immediately asked them to change. Pathetic breakfast wrapped in newspaper, curd was dirty tea cups are dirty & broken . I am a regular traveler and 90% of my bus and hotel bookings but this time I was so much shocked while staying at this hotel. checked basic amenities in hotel staff also not proper kids with no sense of house keeping & serving are working. How you expect they will provide you good service.

Good Stay
Decent place and value for money. Good service, but breakfast leaves much to be desired. The best part is the attitude of the owner and the staff. We are a family group of six members who reached the hotel late at night but the hotel provided us with the best vegetarian meal past midnight.
