The official sitting over there manipulating the things. Basic items like shop not there inside the washroom. Badsheet and pillow covers are dirty and not changed for new entrty. This is all used one

You showed the room for doubles. After going there the manager showed single bed. it is for single room. He charges extra 1000 rs for double room. As the booking is non refundable and the time is around 11 pm. I have no option. Terrible experience.
