The property is very conveniently located. Room was clean and comfortable. We had buffet breakfast, which was quite good. Staff were courteous.

Very nice, clean rooms, including washroom. Friendly and customer-oriented staff, especially the manager. Ample parking space, good location just outside the town but access to everything in walking distance. I got delayed so had to do a late checkout but the staff was very adaptable to that. Overall good stay.

This is our second stay here. As in the previous stay, we found the room to be quite clean and comfortable. Food was good, and the staff were courteous and helpful. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and associates.

Good and family Hotel Thank you
Last six to seven years we are going to stay in this Hotel for a couple of days while returning from Sabarimala last two years we are not getting bread butter and omelette for our complimentary breakfast Over all this Hotel is good

Convenient location, good room, good food and service.
Since there is no lift, climbing up to the second floor room was bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are good and clean. They have kids playing area which helps my kid to spend some time there. Car parking space available. They provide break fast as complimentary that is also good.

Good hotel for stay and location is enroute to sabarimala food is fantastic, especially vegetarian. Staffs are very friendly and my experience will be real worth for money

Stayed here for one night with family, hotel manager and staff were very cordial, it was a pleasant stay, the hotel facilities are not most modern but it was good, for the place mundakayam, it was a good choice, hotel food was also good, the hotel tariff for rent and food were little high for the facilities they have, but overall good experience and a safe place for family and couples.

While the staff right from the security guard to the manager, try their best to help you have a good stay. The rooms and property is at best average. Everything in the room was working the TV (with a decent number of channels) and air conditioning had no issues and the toilet was clean.

I had a worst experience on this accommodation, the room was spacious but an old one. They haven’t even changed the bedsheet, i could find lots of hairs and dust on the bedsheet. There was no phone in the room to contact the room service. They don’t even provide drinking water in the room. They provided a local bedsheet as blanket and it was a dusty one, there were noone in the reception for contact regarding this matter. I faced allergic issues due to this stay.
