The room was good and the location (close to metro station). There was little problem with the washroom. Otherwise nice.

The hotel location is very good, though centrally located but not in a congested area. Very well maintained, clean & airy rooms. Toilets are also clean. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff of the hotel was very cooperative, the ambiance of the hotel and the location of the hotel was excellent. The stay in the hotel was way better than what I had expected.

The overall room and hotel ambience was european and good service was a surprise. Directions to hotel was precise.The breakfast and service was simple,unpretentious but tasty.It afforded us access to Karol Bagh market and metro station without the usual suffering of Karol Bagh sticky ambience. Staff was courteous. Will certainly recommend it and use it in future trips.Only hope the status doesnot change!

It was a very good stay. The hotel gave me a good room. The staff was amiable. I went for business purpose and so the location was good as it is very near to the metro. Called the hotel a day before for early check-in and they provided as room was available. Overall it was a Comfortable stay.

The stay was OK but not as expected as the fans were not working. In the room. It was not up to the mark as the hotel claims about neat and clean in the websites and app's. For the same price I think we can get more options in the same area of Karol Bagh new Delhi.

The hotel is really worth to stay. Breakfast served is very healthy and delicious and on time. Just that there has to be maintenance of cleanliness like changing towels atleast every alternate days, cleaning floor every alternate day etc. Thank you!

The hotel situated very close to Metro that makes easy for move around. The hotel room are neat and clean for a comfort stay. The staffs are very decent and their hospitality is good. The complimentary breakfast also worth. I would recommend this hotel for a nice, safe stay in Karol bagh, Delhi

It's was a great experience. The staff was very kind & helpful. Location wise also it was good. Room are small but neat and clean. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was good. True value for money. Highly recommend for this hotel. Really good hotel in Delhi.

This hotel is good and having good food & drinks. I have booked through the Make My Trip fest app and when I contacted the front desk that I like the stay and I want to continue for one more night, they said that they didn't accept the booking anymore from Make My Trip because Make My Trip is giving the rooms for nominal rate and even though they have mailed them regarding the same but still it appears that I can book but he denied Make My Trip should be concerned regarding this.

The hotel is excellent from value for money point of view. Location is good, close to metro station & a big market, people are very cordial and helping. Will always recommend to friends, specially going on personal visits to Delhi.

Ok, small rooms, good value for money, near metro and hotel staffs are friendly and they have to improve breakfast, its small quantity and dining room also not up to the mark, service wise they are good and safe place to stay and good place for family.

It was a very nice stay. It is clean and provides good service. It has good room and great staff. Yes, if there were different choices of breakfast everyday, it would have been great instead of just potatoes and vegetables. Also the internet was slow but never the less it is good for your stay.
