Let me be very honest. It is the peak season now at ooty. Hotel is at a great location, i would say heart of city. You have good car parking, but you need to hand over the key in reception and they ensure they park your car safe and available when required. 5/5. Rooms are big infact very big and clean. Near rest room with bath tub. 5/5. Location 5/5. Now service, am very unhappy with service may be they don't have enough staff. Everything is delayed or not available. No toiletries. I got 2 small soap when asked. No brush or shaving kit. So ensure you carry it. I really feel they should have a fan as ooty is not that cold anymore as you might think. I had to struggle to get some plates spoons and even hot water in bathrooms. So service i would give 2/5. But otherwise it's all good. If you are looking for a great location with neat and clean room along with safe car parking close your eyes and go for it

Hi this hotel is located very near to charring cross stay, service, neatness, food all was excellent room no 210 was suit room but the hotel manager allotted this room so nice of him i fully recommend for families to come and stay in this venus hotel

We had a lovely stay, food served at hotel venues was excellent, the room was very spacious and well kept. Hot water was provided when required. We had a great time in ooty.

Firt of all prime location, with all available basic needs, like atm hospital medical shops, restauranys and auto stand, then coming to venues residency its excellent in cleanliness, service and view from the room was also good, room was more than expected, over all stay in venues was really excellent, hav even planned for family trip with in a month

It is an amazing hotel in ooty for couples, families, and friends. Their rooms have mountain views and the interior of the bedrooms are beautiful. Staff is cordial and well-behaved. Thing to improve: hot water shower
