Good hotel but some points need to be improve. Lift is not working since my last stay. Insects and cockroaches present in room. Insects and flies present in restaurant at breakfast time.

They denied the stay when i arrived giving an excuse that unmarried couples are not allowed despite the fact that i have stayed there earlier many times with my partner. Then i have to pay again for the stay and they did the process offline. I demand my refund from the make my trip
