Villa astoria is located opposite the boat house club. My room had a view of the lake and the statue of the great g. B pant. ) the rooms were clean and cozy. The staff is extremely warm. They helped arrange cabs and gave information on whatever our queries were about. Pavan and dheeraj were great hosts. Naina devi temple, the flats where cricket matches take place, boating ghats, etc are all walkable from the hotel. To top it all up, the food at their rooftop cafe was just amazing! thank you guys. Hope to visit again soon.

Hotel was perfect .. first time stayed in property and it’s location was too good ..just on Mall Road.. plus room with lake view was awesome… and yes they do have room heaters.

We had a comfortable stay at villa astoria nainital. We stayed for two days from 2nd january to 4th january 2024. Nice hospitality and cooperative staff. They have made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Would strongly recommend them.

Delightful stay

Villa Astoria was a delightful stay for me. According to the winter season, the room had everything available – a room heater, a very efficient geyser for hot water, and quick service. The room we stayed in offered a fantastic view of the lake. The buzz of Mall Road, the enthusiasm of people, created a unique experience in itself.

The hotel stay is wonderful. The photos shown in makemytrip are exactly matches in real. The hotel staff is very much supportive and friendly. And the hotel rooms are maintained very clean. 10/10 for cleanliness, staff. If you are the person who worries about the washroom cleanliness and hygiene, then don't worry about this at all. You can get the best here. It's in prime location of Nanital lake.

Boutique hotel situated in mall road

The stay was nice and comfortable. We booked a lake facing room with a view of naina devi temple. Hotel staff was courteous and quite helpful. Since this is a boutique hotel so room size is comparatively less but you will find all amenities in the room.

A paradise for oldies and not so oldies

This was our first ever trip to nainital. With no idea on where to stay and what to expect. However with our eventual stay at villa astoria it was an absolute smooth ride. The entire staff of the hotel was very courteous and helpful and took very special care of us. Well maintained room and with the prime location in the heart of the the city it was like a dream come true. I would strongly recommend everyone to try this for once.
