Stay was excellent. Customized food to suit customer needs. Rooms very spacious and tidy. Proximal to industrial units away from city saved travel time. Internet services need improvement.

Property location is good, food quality and its taste was awesome, only veg food was available, should add non-veg items. Over all i am satisfied, found value of money. Staff behaviour was excellent, hotel hygiene was also good. Over all "paisa wasool. Good job team keep it up. Best wishes.

Should be Highnest palace and not a Hotel

About hotel a fantastic place to stay pleasant. Quite calm place. The moment you step in to lounge, you will feel like you are entering into a palace. I like the architect in all aspect. Superb roof, antique style wall posters, floors make you feel like prince/princess. Room Spacious room to accommodate. Extra cot is already available. The design of a room itself not a standard 4 walls room you see in other hotels. Premium brand air conditioner, extra large screen TV, full wall mirror, room size bathroom, computer table, 3 seater sofa, countless plug points, decorative lightings, awesome and stylish fan with lighting everything will mesmerism you. Dazzling experience. Restaurant Indoor and outdoor restaurants are available. You can get room service as well. The outdoor restaurant with garden is perfect place for a candle light dinner with your loved one. Of course not in summer. Delicious food. Didn't try much. But I like the taste of the nuggets with juicy and cheesy. Coffee and tea also available as a complimentary. Two bottles of waters also complementary. Service The staffs are very polite and taking very good care of guests. Cons or feedback to restaurant It took 20 minutes to give 1 room and imagine the heat is burning outside and couldn't wait so long at the lounge as well. The second room was ready almost an hour later. No Tamil speaking staffs at reception or English when we enter into the Hotel later a guy can and speak in English. Even the room service people cannot understand Tamil, English or Hindi. That's bad bathrooms were not cleaned when they handed over the room. Found two cockroaches wandering on the living area. Escorted one to the door. And the other gentle man escaped. No security guard at the entry. So, felt little about the safety. Also, whenever I enter into Hotel, I need to step down to open the gate by self which is inconvenient. Some time the reception guy helped me.

Room is bigger than expected . First class A/C . Cleanliness maintained . Food is good even if you opts for North Indian food. The only negative is transportation . You don't get OLA, Uber, Fast track taxi . You have to inform reception 20-25 minutes before your departure .

Room are dusty and when we on fan switch due to dust you get cough, no proper food options to order, telephone in room not working. Reception and area around room are dusty too. One of the horrible stay experience

The staff at the hotel is very rude and unfriendly, bad food. Every request to the staff seems like they are doing us a huge favour, over rated and over priced for all its services.
