Service was very bad, no soap, towel or water in the room, after 2-3 reminder just got soap, for water we use to go to kitchen with the jug ask them to fill it then we use to take it to our room, attendant was not polite, every time we put the wet cloth of the journey on the railing, they use to come to us and say rudely don't use water for washing clothes assuming that the clothes have been washed in their hotel even though it was washed there, was it mentioned at the time of booking that no water for washing clothes
