Review Of Hotel Vinayak Inn

The owner didn't gave a clean room ,though he has other cleaner vacant room , it was stinky ,I had already paid the money so i regretted it a lot , another family later and they argued was later given a cleaner room ,I just didn't understand why he didn't gave a cleaner room when available , the room had broken things in bathroom and it was unclean , we had to ask for toiletries , overall a bad experience next time i would rather go there check with my own eyes and then book rather than using a platform cause the photos shown on the site are so different from the actual room owner would give . overall a big disappointment irritated whole day ,thanked God it was just for one day

There was no food at property , and Geyser was not working, Blanket was not clean and warm. AC was so Good.

If we talk about amenity and service is all time bad.. 1 - Breakfast was not available in hotel and after requesting for it, housekeeper had ordered only 1 item which was tasteless and had to throw all in dustbin 2 - No necessary item was provided - Room service number, towel, wifi and drinking water. Would request you to connect with me to know more as details which were mentioned on screen was not at all available

Rude behaviour of receptionist. Not provide the room which i booked. Geyser is not working. No soaps provide for hand wash. Food quality is also very bad. Not provided water for drinking. Tv also not working.

The hotel staffs were really helpful everything was hassle free they let us keep our luggage even after checkout the location is quite central

We are booked bunk bed room. Bedsheet were very dirty, no toiletries provided by hotel staff, intercom was not working, even after request they didn't repair it, unhygienic food and no maintenance of property

It's a value money hotel, my overall experience was excellent, hotel staff nature is very kind, supportive.

It is affordable and very close to both ghat and haridwar railway station and bus stand. Hotel service was average. Rooms are good and hotel staff was average.

Best part: 1. Location is quite impressive i easily found the e-riksha and ganga ghat (not harikipuri) is too near 2. Rooms are also good worst part: 1. Not kattele for hot water you have to wait till kitchen open suggestion: put toilet paper and finayal goli in bathroom

I was staying in this hotel during last week of december. Chilling cold. And they charged for providing warm drinking water. No room cleaning.

The hotel is in very interior. Hotel does not provide parking space even its written in its description that hotel provides parking. rooms are smelly and very small. staff also not so trained. no general service provided by the hotel staff. overall my experience was worst. also hotel management charged me rs400 extra for my 12 year child.

I booked this hotel for my father and 8 other family members for 3 nights (september 23 to 26, 2021)from make my trip where it was mentioned that the breakfast will be included with the stay but when my father reached there he told me that a person at the hotel is saying that the breakfast will be provided on alternate days to which my reaction was like "what. Yes exactly. Even i was hearing something like this for the first time in my life. I raised this issue with mm t and they helped me to get the resolution. However my father told me that service at the hotel was good after that and he did not face any issues after that. That person from hotel told me to give review and said that at his end it was showing him to provide breakfast on alternate days only which i don't think is true because as far i know either you get breakfast or you don't get breakfast for all the days of your stay. But anyways my father said apart from this issue everything else was good.
