Review Of Hotel vinyak vihar

The location is good but the cleanliness needs to be taken care on priority basis. There was lift not working and we are at 3rd floor, so it was very problematic. Further, on reaching there we were very hungry, we hadn't lunch. We were planning to eat outside but manager insisted to order at restaurant beside. They delivered the food after 2 hrs, it's 8.45 p.m. and chicken totally uncooked. Somehow manages to eat six pieces out of 12. The rest we returned to the hotel but the kept arguing the full time that it's nicely cooked and we have to eat this way as we came to this place. This is first time in my life - I was told this way at a hotel. I keep visiting many places in India. I was really shocked and disappointed. We made the payment even before the food delivered and they showed this hospitality instead. Even the manager supported them through out.
