Perfect for everything service is good but interior should be more better room cleaning is good but some staffs are not perfect

My stay was excellent. Every staff member started from reception to the service personnel who are very well behaved and the food is also very good in quality and taste. Over all everything is cost worthy. I will suggest everyone to choose this property for their stay.

Very very bad condition of a three star Hotel. In my view blacklist in UR Hotel list. Already lodged a complaint. Very dirty, unhygienic, dampness in walls, broken floors, no hangers in Bath, and many more. Not for good family and CHILDRENS.

It is a good period staying this wonderful hotel because my birthday was during my staying in Hotel VIP International. It was surprised to me I received a bottle of champagne for the gift from hotel. Thank you very much. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Kolkata.

Without a doubt one of the favorite hotels, I stayed during my time in Kolkata! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, my name was mentioned on the board and I was upgraded to the Executive room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. I had one great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

I have booked this hotel through Make My Trip for a night. Great offer. Location is great. Room was clean and well designed. Service of this hotel was up to the mark. Hospitality was nice. Receptionists were well mannered and helpful. I was glad to be here. Will come next time in December as there will be a new eve celebration in restaurant cum bar.
