The hotel services were apt and the staff was very helpful. The washroom was surprisingly clean and so was the room. However, sheets could be cleaner. In total it was a nice experience.

The ambience is nice and comfortable. Staff is also supportive. Rooms are clean and well maintained. My overall experience is that i feel satisfied. I don't have any images.

The stay was fine but the rooms are not upto the mark. The lights are so low and off, most of the switches don't work. Water is also chargeable. But room service is fine, tidyness is ok but there is lot of scope for improvement. The hotel needs a little upgrade and makeover.

Means service is very slow, bathroom we dont have and accessories to even keep towel, all the accessories are so rusted and old like tap shower, etc. Rooms are good

Bed bugs. Bed bugs. Bed buds. Absolute waste of money for a a/c room. A/c never works. Fans are slow. Bedsheets are unwashed. Bedspreads are uncleaned. Comforters are about 13 years old. Flushes don't work.

Ac not working, dirty room and not even water bottles. Room condition was bad, paint came off and broken switch boards

Actually the experience was literally worst to the core. There was no hot water provided, also the bathroom didn't satisfied us. Even there is no proper housekeeping.
