Overall, a very good experience. The best part of this hotel is that it is the nearest to the Jammu bus station which makes it very convenient for people like me who travel by bus/train to Jammu. It is at a walking distance from the main market.

I have stayed many a times and rooms are small. Food quality is also nice. There bed sheet is not clean and they need to purchase new bed sheet and pillow covers.

Hotel is at a very location in Jammu. Its near bus stand and raghu nath temple. All near by places are always accessible like ATM and food outlets. Apart from that hotel staff is also good. On time room service and hygienic food with less spices.

Overall experience was good. Location of hotel is good. It is on walking distance from bus stand and raghunath temple. The staff of the hotel is good and cooperative. Room is neat and clean. The appearance of the hotel is also good. Wi-Fi facility is available.

Perfect location central place and rates resignable. Service is good in the Hotel. There was no delay in check in and check out. The room was good with required amenity in working condition. Hotel staff is good and treat very nicely. I did not eat any food in the hotel.

One thing I would admire during the stay is that the rooms were neat and clean but very slow service .. Would like to see more friendly staff and good service experience next time. Would surely recommend this place for business use.

Room given is not as per mark, old fittings, near kitchen, smell of food coming in the room, no ventilation but front rooms are good. If we book directly by connecting hotel they will provide superior rooms than makemytrip tie up. Advice to book directly by calling at hotel reception.

Rooms roof ceiling is crack and poorly damaged. Dinner food is given smell. We complain but he not reply and take full payment

Location is very good, food is delicious and cheaper. Service is also nice.
No lift, pillows and blankets are good.
