Vivek inn katra hotel is the best hotel in Katra and service is very great and snacks is cheaper than any other hotel.

Not so good, plug is not working properly for charging mobile. Ac is also not working. Hospitality is nice, manager support us very much.

Ok good. Need improvement service for pick drop and ok staffs are good. Cleaning is ok. You can stay thr with your family. Not so far from station

Very bad experience to stay in hotel vivek inn. Poor cleaning of room bad smelling all the time in the room. Dirty bed sheet not change daily.

1) I booked a room for 3 family members but accomodation was provided for only 2 people though fully paid for 3. 2) Very poor service, no water for bath was provided. 3) No waiter or service men available 4) Its very very very bad stay.

One of the worst hotel I have seen and stayed. Bathroom was not clean, flush was not working. Dirty bedsheets and blanket. Poor room service. Unavailability of staff at reception round the clock.
