no TV,no water complimentary jo b dikhya gaya tha ni diya., but staff is very good so softly kind nature 😊

the worst hotel stay in my life. The dirty bed, the toilet were worse than the public toilets. The staff was untrained and arrogant. Even they didn't provide the drinking water when asked. i recommend never book this hotel.

Rooms are too small. No water was available in the bathroom after check in. After one hour water started. Taps are leaking. No amenities provided in the room. Make my trip charged too high ₹\walk in guests. Bhai Dharamshala me stay kar Lena but book mat karna

Average hotel hai fooding nahi hai isliye family k liye suit nahi karta staff accha or room bathroom clean hai

When i was about to visit, I checked on MMT and saw Vriksh stay on the top and rating was good. so I Booked and staff is cooperative . No hurry for check out

what is shown and actual is not comparable. our experience was not good. Pkz don't opt for such hotels. Charges of the Hotel us also higher. No value for money

There was no food in the hotel. It's not as it looks in the photo. No tv, badly maintained bathroom. Though it's costlier the facilities are not upto the standards for the amount they charge.

Itenaries are not there like soap and all. After asking they provide and that too soap is not there. Geaser's flap was open can cause safety problem Wifi service were not there.

Electrical supplies were improper bath fittings and sanitation was almost destroyed. No hygiene was maintained.

Room is little expensive compare with other hotels. Stay was good. You can find near by restaurants and only 3 km from omkareswar temple.

Property's location was too far from the city, there was no food at all and the staff was irresponsible. No room service at all. No backup of the electricity and air conditioning. They really don't care about anyone. We asked for the restaurant food menu which was near by, for ordering food but no response. We were literally starving without food. No one is present in the reception for service. It was waste of money to book there. I would definitely will not suggest anyone to book there.

Stay with this hotel is not value to the money 1. Inspired of our check in at 5pm, room found without cleaning 2. Pills of fruits found in washroom 3. Pillow found in un even manner which was earlier used but housekeeping done 4. Odour in washroom comes and even room was not done soothing by air freshener 5. Only soap and towel given but no toiletries made available 6. No drinking water given 7. Table found with tea spillage 8. Old bedsheet not changed a terrible stay and not advised if you are believed to have healthy sleeping

Okayish rooms. The tap head was broken. Considering all things it was not bad but i would not rate it too highly.

Polite behaviour of all staffs of hotel, proper cleaning of all rooms of hotel, best hospitality of all staffs

The hotel lacked cleanliness. Bathroom/toilet was soiled. Bedsheet and comforter were not clean. Very compact rooms with no bedside tables. Wet and soiled doormat outside the bathroom. If you’re used to stay in a clean 2 star plus hotel then you’ll not like this.

To be honest the stay was good, the staff was really helpful and polite, rooms were neat and clean but a few things i did not like was there was no television in the rooms.

The washroom was terrible. Water pressure was very bad.
