It was pleasant staying at this property located in the heart of vrindavan, staff was committed and courteous, and helped us to reach the property even though roads were closed for vehicular traffic

Everything is as per our choice. All staff members are well behaved especially the front desk person mr. Sonia and the security at parking. One thing needs to improve in guest washroom near reception with complete hygiene.

Wonderful hotel at such a nice place vrindawan. Staff is very polite. And cooperative. Facilities are very good at cheaper rates. And it's at best location to visit all the famous temples of vrindawan

We were so tired after checking in with a 10years delayed train but the hotel made us comfortable. I was traveling with my 3-year-old kid and my husband. My son had plain rice and dal fry continuously in his lunch and dinner during our stay. Whenever we ask for something, hotel staffs were ready to help us that may be in case of a room heater or a broken window pelmet. We wanted an extra 3 hours stay after our scheduled check out time. They allow us with a nominal charge and we checked out around 2:30 pm after taking our dinner parceled from the hotel itself. It was a pleasant stay altogether with no bad feeling at all.
