Very well managed property with hassle-free check-in. Go with simple option in food which is very good. Need a bit of improvement in managing the room services.

I got a very basic small room but i booked a deluxe room as i was alone so they gave me a small room, the washrooms were very smelly, room service was very average, overall not a good experience.

They stay was quite fine. Only issue i faced was the receptionist tried to take extra 500 rs. From me in the name of extra gst. I had already paid for my stay inclusive of all taxes.

2. Hotel vrindavan palace varanasi was a horrible experience for us it was unhygienic in all ways including bed linens and quilt.

Hotel is giving fake information. Almost every thing which is committed is fake. This is their resturant at 09:30 pm.

Based on the pictures and reviews i thought the hotel would be good but the staff was too rude. The bed sheets were dirty and all the clothes be it pillow cover. There were too many insects under the bed and in the washroom. Overcharged for everything. Really horrible experience.

The entire experience was trash we had taken the deluxe room the toilets were stinking and there was no breakfast served at the property, we do our booking regularly from your mmt with this service with wrong rating doesn't justify the amount of money shelled out for 3 days 9999 something. Very bad experience booking hotel with mmt now will never book hotel with mmt. When we reach hotel rooms were not ready. Service and behaviour of hotel staff very bad. Our booking was with breakfast but hotel staff first deny this later on after showing the receipt gave a little bit food for five person on ordering any item they were not giving any room service after calling four five time and going on reception they were sending orders in the room. This was very terrible experience of my booking with mmt as the hotel staff were behaving as we are staying free in this hotel. So from now onward s i will never book any hotel from mmt
