I am writing to express my disappointment with the room service and amenities during my recent stay at your hotel venktesh from [check-in date] 27. 09. 2024 to [check-out date. 28. 09. 2024 firstly, the room service was consistently delayed, with my orders taking significantly longer than the estimated time. On several occasions, items were missing from my orders, which further compounded my frustration. Dental kit not provided hair oil komb not provided additionally, i found that restaurant is a total mess out, delay in food order people with drunk. I believe that these issues could be addressed to enhance future guests' experiences. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response. But at the end i will never suggest anyone to stay here, it is totally wortless
