Review Of Hotel Vyas

This guy booked a family sharing non ac room from mm t site in which we already clearly mention that room was family sharing non ac room and demanding us to give him a ac room how it is possible and he booked room for only 3 person and when he enter in a hotel he say we are 4 person and want to see the room and we say OK and saw him a room. After booking no body see first room just check in a room. After that we say we give you a extra mattress that will be chargeable only rs 500 and he say we don't give any charge any where we go we don't give any charge it will be cost free and that period he booked that was very rush we have no rooms if any ac room available then we give him with extra charges because he booked a price of non ac family sharing room.
