We are enter the hotel on 29/06/23 till afternoon near about 2:30. Hotel is in main marketplace and near to main road so very easy to find the location some of my observations are as follows 1) welcome and entry is good because of great manager 2) facing some issues like hot water, ac maintenance and some other issues. 3) i booked 2 rooms so i have some trouble in second room about door locking system of bathroom of room no 310
4) breakfast is good and service is excellent 5) great cooperation from manager to keep our bags at store room after checkout for some of our purchase at market

Poor maintained hotel

Room was not well prepared. Poor maintenance, intercom not working, tv not functional. Service poor etc

The room offered for after paying 5500- was an absolute horror i just ran away without even waiting to claim refund would appreciate your intervention to get a refund
