Extremely welcoming and always greeted with a smile. Excellent experience, value for money and the best night sleep you could ask for. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with good service and prompt management. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious and served hot. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone for your comfortable stay.

Hotel room size and interior design very good and outside view of hotel room aushom and garden seating place very good and hotel location is very good and convenient. Room service is fast and staff is so much discipline.

Bit far from main city, however meeting the facilities of any star category hotel. Room was provided with refrigerator, electric kettle, all toiletries, clean and nice linen etc. Buffet breakfast was good.

I loved food of this hotel and raindrop restaurant was unique and awesome rooms were clean and duct was workin good, WiFi speed was also good enough and moreover everything was value for money and area is good for relaxing and study purpose

The hotel was excellent. The food was amazing. Room service was great. The location is good. The room space, washroom and dining space was excellent. The hotel view was amazing. Restaurant was good. They were able to provide all kind of food that was great.

Stay at Water Lilly was a very pleasant one. After a long drive from Pune to Indore on my way to Bhopal this was the much needed relaxing break as I did not have to go into the city traffic. Rooms are spacious and Good Food. You may have sleepless night if the banquets are on.

The hotel rooms very spacious. Very prompt service. Location convenient if one is travelling by road because no need to enter Indore City. Property is really developed with taste especially restaurant on 3rd floor. The only suggestion to the management is to stop the practice of asking customers to pose in front of the web cam on the counter even after you have taken the ID's. Its very embarrassing and insulting.

Service is good.. Food is awesome and the cleanliness is very good.. Room is very comfortable.. Love the atmosphere.. I like the chili paneer and triple rice.. Even pasta was good.. Morning breakfast is also nice.

Check out time is bit uncomfortable. The location and other services are good. Cleanliness garden is well maintained well furnished rooms was happening experience good value for money will definitely choose again.

Beroms are nice and spacious. Location is on outer ring road. Normal facilities as you get in every hotel nothing special. Complementry buffet breakfast was served in room and you can order only once you ask for something twice it is chargeble.

Rooms were clean, check-in was fast, food is good and much above good, the experience was overall good and would like to stay again. It is a good destination for family stay. The food in restaurants was very good and we tried Palak Chola that was better than I expected - the quantity is generous.

Perfect to stay and enjoy. It was fantastic and we sincerely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are maintained clean and well taken care of cleanliness. The stay was perfect for us with a multi cuisine restaurant and service was perfect to match up the expectation. It is highly recommended to stay in this hotel in Indore from my end.

Hotel Staff was co-operatative. Our stay was nice & comfortable. They don't have buffe breakfast in the morning that is little bit embarrassing else everything was nice & good. Hospitality of Hotel staff was very good

Hotel amidst nice ambience, clean rooms and co-operative service, food is awesome, quick service. Location near to AB road but little far from most of the city. Complimentary services should be improved.

Property was good and facilities were reasonable but room service and food delivery was extremely slow. Towels given by them were of low quality and threads were sticking to skin and clothes. Had to call room service twice/thrice to get the room cleaned by them.
