property location is good, reception ambience so so. but rooms are terribl. Ac not working, blanket was smelling like hell, washroom the bucket was uncleaned. besin tap not working properly, bathroom door locked. engineer came after 1 hour of complain. Hotel not providing 1 watwr bottle. it's night mare. The property's location is advantageous. The reception area's ambiance is adequate. However, the guest rooms present significant issues. The air conditioning unit was non-functional. The blanket emitted an unpleasant odor. The washroom's bucket was unhygienic. The basin tap was malfunctioning. The bathroom door was locked, and the engineer arrived an hour after the complaint was lodged. The hotel did not provide a complimentary water bottle. This stay was highly unsatisfactory.

worst in every manner, bathroom taps were leaking, Towel not clean also after request did't get 2nd towel, Room was smelling like anything, after requesting twice manager comes with Room Spray, Manager was least bothered for everything.

Lots of mosquitos in the room serving limited breakfast if asking for anything more they are taking charges i won't book next time this hotel
