Rooms were clean but somewhat congested. Staff is supportive. Hotel is in front of west gate of ramanathaswamy temple making commute easier. Overall good stay for families and couples.

The property location is accurate as mentioned. Near by vasant bhavan restorent. Only walkable distance to temple. They provide parking facilities but it is 500 meters away from the hotel. Service is good.

Only location of the hotel is very good. All other amenities are average. Room service is very poor. Bathroom was very small and clumsy. Experience was not good.

It's on west gate side of temple and very close to the gate and on busy road. Parking is critical.

Room, beds, toilet was well maintained. It was in city centre just next to rameshwaram temple. Only drawback is, due to heavy traffic and tourists coming into that road, till midnight lot of noise and quos. When asked for extra pillow, they gave a rotten and dirty pillow which was disappointing after paying 6. 5k room rent.

Very close to rameshwaram temple. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Amenities available like wifi, ac, geyser etc. Parking space is far due to congestion near temple. Cleanliness can be improved

Room size very small, dustbin is not in room, hot water is not coming, room is not cleaning very bad smell in room

It was very bad experience in hotel west gate, rameshwaram. Room was stinking and was very small. Wash basin was in room. Bed was in very bad condition. When asked for extra mattress and pillow. I was given rotten pillow and bad matress. No blankit was available. Bedsheet was dirty. Overall experience was bad. Location of hotel was excellent.

No amenities were provided, room was moist with wet floor. No towels, soap were given and the bedsheets were dirty
