Good hotel,staff behaviour is also good. but food quality is average.I have booked a semi Deluxe room, but they have converted my booking into a deluxe room. I am happy for that.

The hotel manager Rajan Ji and staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful. Had an amazing stay. Room was upgraded without any charges. Food quality was amazing. Washroom are neat and clean. Parking and lift was available. Gaming room is there for kids. Balcony view is beautiful.

Staff behaviour is amazing. They allowed us early checkin without any charges and complimentary room upgraded as they mentioned in makemytrip. We can at 7 am in morning and allotted the rooms. best services and best hotel in chail himachal pradesh

I visited with my family at White Pearl Hotel It is one of the best hotel in chail himachal pradesh. Rooms are clean and spacious. They upgraded my room complimentary. Food quality was amazing. Staff was very supportive especially Rajan Ji. I visited many hotel in Chail but this is by far the best hotel in Chail Himachal Pradesh.

Cleanliness was missing. Bed sheets and mattress cover was changed after 2-3 reminders. Sofa was so dirty that in some places fabric was not visible. Food was ok ok.card swap machine was not working. They demand only cash.

😣 terrible hotel. Worse rooms worse service. No amenties avl in rooms.not upto the standard. Please delist this hotel room from make my trip

It was a very nice hotel, the view from the balcony was amazing how the forest was covered with mist. The staff are generous and great service. The food was good but could be improved. But you should definitely stay in this hotel in chail for a calm and soothing vacation.

it has great location , all amenities are there and great services are there. we had great time.

Worst stay. High charge and nothing. Whatever is mentioned, nothing is available. They do not have parking, they do not have hair dryer. Rooms are dirty. Never ever stay.

Our stay at white pearl was amazing. We really value the warm service, comfortable and hygienic rooms. The washrooms were well maintained and it is a perfect place to stay.

Nice hotel near the market and the palace, good staff, clean and big room, clean washroom, all are good

Both are cheating mat and hotel also hotel take extra money then gave the room to us otherwise they said we don't have room

I recently stayed at hotel white pearl in chail and would like to share my experience. Location: the location of the hotel is fairly convenient, situated near the main market of chail. This made it easy to access local shops and attractions within the town. Food quality: the food quality at the hotel was average. I dined at the hotel restaurant once, but the experience was underwhelming, and i chose not to order from there again. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of taste and presentation. Cleanliness and hygiene: one of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was full of house flies and bugs, which made dining there quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, this problem wasn't confined to the restaurant alone; the bugs were present in the rooms on different floors as well, which was quite distressing. Power outage: during my stay, there was a power cut that lasted about 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the intercom system was not working during this time, which left us without any means of communication with the hotel staff. This was a significant inconvenience and highlighted a need for better maintenance and contingency planning. Overall experience: while the hotel's location is advantageous, the issues with food quality, hygiene, and basic utilities significantly detracted from my stay. The presence of bugs and the lack of proper response during the power outage were particularly troubling. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

Nice and peaceful staying. Overall quite comfortable staying. Duplex accommodation well planned with complete ammunities and facilities. Safety and security not an issue as staff was local.

one of the worst property i have ever stayed in my life washroom not working properly and even we have to call at reception 1000 times to resolve this issue but never help us out.just a humble request never ever book with them.

Property is not good for family stays. The welcome view is terrible. Management not even willing to serve the customers.😭😭😭😭

The location of the hotel is okay. Our Deluxe room listed with Valley View was at the bottom 1st floor and had absolutely No View. The food is good, but Very Expensive (rates as good as Mumbai fine dining restaurant), service is long delayed. One of our room had non working heater the day we reached in 8°c climate. Had to get it repaired

It's absolutely good staff is very polite. But the price is toooo costly please some discount in food.

Worst service ever… food not cooked properly.. no light .. no cable connection ..connectivity problem … only room was spacious. Will not suggest for this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff was very supportive. And food was awsm. Recommended to all who are going to chail
