We stayed there for 3 days. The rooms were clean and periodically cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was good. We had a peaceful stay.

Had a good experience in my first one night stay. Night staff and day staff at reception were very attentive. Hopefully my next stay in bangalore will be the same hotel.

Hotel is closer my brother’s house so easy to commute. Nice staff. Room is clean except old stains. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Overall good.

Hotel white rock is very well located on the main 100 feet road with easy transport accessibility. Food here is very hygienic and tasty and we were served piping hot food each time. Hygiene of this hotel have been upto the standards and the staff attended to it promptly upon any small complains. Hotel is safe enough for business travelers, family as well as for tourists.

There is no provision in the bathroom of room number 205 to place my eyeglasses while taking my bath. There was no stand. I can not be with out my eyeglasses except while sleeping and taking bath. It got severely wet. Immediately on taking a bath i have to wear it. you see the drawings of the room. There is one window and it cannot be opened. I kept there and it got completely drenched.

There was no one at the front desk for checkout and we got delayed. We had booked for two people but toothbrush etc provided for only one. No stirrer for tea. Ac tv needed attender intervention to start, small improvement need, otherwise an excellent hotel

All were good except the regulator in bathroom to change hot to cold didn’t work. So it was too hot to bathe

it was a terribly managed place. on checking in the girl on the counter did not give basic information. 1) what are the numbers to approach front desk, housekeeping or room service. 2) did not tell about wi-fi or a password. 3) did not tell about breakfast starting time. on asking always response was, if you want i was to leave hotel early by 7 so i was told i can get fruit juice or sandwich as regular time for breakfast to start was 7:30. i didn’t get anything as the condition was persons were sleeping in the lobby on sofa. there was a great reluctance to change towels and clean the room. same was done after great follow up by late evening. there are many other things but i will restrict here. only positive was, room was clean, line were good and front desk person mr likhit was very helpful but, lady was not. i found it very expensive for the price. as such i do not know breakfast and meal quality as i did not avail in spite of included in my tariff. i did not receive any checkout clearance. i think this should suffice and needles to say will never go there. thanks. 🙏🏻

We had a rather weird stay. The room was old and the comforter had stains. The bathroom was not clean either. There was a TV, but no input. Likewise there were packets of milk powder, coffee and tea, but no kettle! We had specifically requested breakfast at 8 am as we had to leave for an exam. But the breakfast came at 8:30, that too after multiple calls. There was no coffee/tea with the breakfast also. 'Mouldy Rock' would be a name better suited for this shack!. No kettle. stained closet. no signal. no coffee/tea. For the first time I am putting a negative review. I used to support hotels and staff always 🙏🏼

The hotel is worst i ever seen. Management don't have courtesy to good service and rude behavior with customers. I booked the room from make my trip for 3 members and payment also done, at the time of check-in they are telling booking done only for 2 members extra payment needed for 1 member then rudely behaving with ladies with out respect. Rooms are ok. I can only advice please don't book this hotel even in free of charge.
