Untidy, poorly maintained, unkept room. The bedsheet was full of stains and hair strands. Someone's vest was hanging on the bathroom door. No towels were kept in the room . Not worth the price.

Cooperative staff and clean infrastructure, will recommend to my friends also. Will visit again sometime.

great hotel for short stay and food is also very good , I order 2 items both were good and the coffee was yummy

The room was dirty the sheets were dirty even the pillow covers and blanket covers There were cockroaches in room and tables even on my bed I ordered food from their kitchen and to my very shock I found hair in my sandwich and then a dead cockroach in my rice After that I get food poisoning and when we asked them if they have fssai license to commercialize food they said no we don't have it they even don't have towels to provide

I experience very bad services in 1 hour. No cleaning even no water in washrooms after 2-3 times call to reception.

Washroom was not clean. Bedsheet was dirty. They have not provided extra bed for third person. They provided substandard room initially. Bad Smell was coming from room. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the overall service and amenities met expectations. However, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, there were some cleanliness concerns — I noticed a few insects in the room, which was disappointing. Aside from these issues, everything else was good.

it was terrible experience.. the photo shown in make my trip was completed opposite.. the bed sheets were having stains . full room was covered in stains of paint . the ac was not working.. the staff were very poorly coordinating... worst hotel ever booked in MMT

flooring is in bad which is dirty, towels are outdated, air conditions are not remote,bathroom is good

Never visit this hotel with family, this hotel is meant for unmarried couples only. Rooms were dirty, beer bottles, and cigarette smell were all around our room! Changed rooms, bedsheets and pillows as there were unhygienic marks all over. Just stay away from this hotel, at least genuine family travellers

You should return my amount. I left the hotel within 30 minutes. The bed sheet was dirty and torn. Despite several request , owner didn’t change it and washroom was smelling.

Room was changed as the Air Conditioner was not working, there was power cut at night, towels were torn(had to be changed twice)

i have been charged extra 50℅ for early checking and they give one as last option that is not well furnished and not even towel is their and lot of disturbance outside the room

All then things in room is bad broken not working. Etc Bed quality is bad. No mat no tea no water heater. Etc

Good rooms . Nice staff . Good food. Location is good and easy to reach. I will revisit also at this place ....
