Hotel is located near to the patna junction hardly 5 mins. Amenities were good and services were as expected. Best part is in the heart of the city. Near by there are multiple food points to explore. Rates were slightly on the higher side specially roti / naan. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Windsor hotel is centrally located. Easily accessible. Hotel was clean though it needs some renovation in some places. Overall experience was quite good

Amazing arrangement, room was big and beautiful. Cleaning was also very good. Pleasent atmosphere was there at hotel. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Referring everyone to stay there. And cost was also affordable.

Location wise perfect. Near to railway junction, all the staffs are very good. But mr. Lal is just awesome. Even hotel manager, sanjay kumar ji, is very very decent and cooperative person

Property is located nearby station thus easy to access. Good hotel neat and clean hotel & room. Linen are good bath amenities are upto mark. During breakfast good food spread. Nice and polite staff. Overall a fantastic experience

All the staffs were so polite and humble. Got my room at the right time. Room was so neat and clean as the washroom was. Bed was well prepared and rest was very good as expected. I would definitely recommend this place to people. Hello. Room was smaller than what it was mentioned in the app

All excellent. I stayed there for for 2 nights on 11th and 12th dc 23. Everything was punctual including breakfast. I was to catch flight to kolkata in the morning. The travel desk person was on before time with the car for dropping me in patna airport. I wish hotel windsor to continue these good services. Good luck. Thanks once again for all the support and necessary assistance.
