Overall rating for hotel win way indore is 5. Very well maintained with big rooms for stay. Overall cleanliness is excellent rating. All staff are very polite. But i have seen more staff under training especially ladies.

1)rooms are actually great for the price. 2)hotel room, washroom and all the amenities were clean. 3)room service was on point and quick. 4)location is great too, there is sense of safety there. Hotel is very near to railway station.

Nice and homely accommodation with good food. The location is also at the centre of indore and by the roadside. The gesture of the owner at the time of checkout was awesome when she presented a beautiful gift on their 12th anniversary. That's what is called delighting the guest. Hats off.

Unexpectedly fantastic

Superb hotel in the heart of the city. Walkable from railway station and 10min auto ride to sarafa bazar and chap-pan bazar. We found the hotel itself to be almost perfect. Great huge bed, perfect running hot water any time, superb room service, good breakfast, friendliest staff. What else could you want?

We had a fantastic stay at hotel win-way with my family. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was well-maintained throughout our stay for three days. The food was also great in both taste and quality.

Wonderful experience. The best part is the manager and his prompt response. I contacted him before arrival and he arranged my pick up from airport, cars for ujjain and omkareshwar trips and also a complimentary station drop. We had a package booking so had both breakfast and dinner. I must say the food too was tasty and clean and well prepared. Rooms were neat and tidy and comfortable as expected. I'll surely stay back if i visit indore again
