it's so so, the hotel needs to improve the service. The rooms are not as expected. Overall they needed to improve

The location is good and so was the room and the services.... the reception is very nicely equipped with good staff. The meals were also good.

Service is very poor along with food quality. They don't have the experience to make a poached during breakfast.

The room was stinking very badly but the reception was fresh, the breakfast was very low quality, i had a good dinner so the cook knows to make good food to improve rooms as found damp

Terrible stay. Small room not as per tariff. Ac not working, tv not working. No toiletries, room service worthless. Not to stay here.

No basic amenities like milk powders, coffee, sugar, etc. Mosquitoes all over the room. Breakfast was pathetic.

complementary break fast and dinner or lunch free but they take charge extra if u consume food more than 400, Room floor are full with licking water, no fridge, no tea pot, power loading, no lift, poor water supply etc etc...…

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. From cleaning to staff behaviour everything was pathetic.

First day ac not working, breakfast time start is too late near about 8. 15am most difficult to take my breakfast in near office time. Food quality is most average.

Laundry service is chargeable food cost is too much. Room service was also not upto the mark. Bedsheet & towel are dirty.

It was fine all the way. Food was fine. Staff services were satisfied. Only one thing to be pointed out that my room no 402 was on the top floor, and the water flow was extremely slow and for the same taking shower was a difficult and hand wash in the wash basin was also affected. Location was ok but room was not upto the mark. No soap was given. Coffee was not available overall not satisfactory

Washroom was unhygenic, rooms were dark, intercom was not working, main door was broken food was way too expensive hence never ordered

Great location, good food in the restaurant, helpful people, overall a good experience.
