Room is beautiful and big bathroom was so clean and beautiful working desk chair king size bed better facility

Room was good, service was also good. The only thing was generally when we book room automatically complementary breakfast is served. But we were charged at the hotel.

One of the best hotel in imphal. Their hospitality is just something ahead of many others. Room cleanliness is commendable. Every nook and corner is perfectly cleaned with proper attention. They give attention to every single and small details about their rooms and guest comfort. Location wise also very good. Located near a market place. Airport is at around 15-20 min distance. Overall very good experience staying here.

Staff are very polite & coordinated. House keeping staff are well doing their duties. Security guards are also helpful. All are excellent.👍👍👍

To sum up my experience pros located near kangla fort, em a market, saheed minar, state museum. Check in : smooth cleanliness : very good staff : well behaved restaurant : wonderful, food quality good and a lot variety is there. So overall very nice experience. Cons comparatively small room for 5 k daily with a small window facing a wall of the next building. Food prices are on the higher side.

The rooms were clean, the service was good, the location is also good it is close to kangla fort.

It's very bad & so poor service i experience. Food which i ordered i didn't got that, a volger smell had whir in the room from washroom. No room. Freshner in the room or washroom. Whole night i whir unable to stay in the room. I paid the money not only for the room. But also to experience better service & also for the better room. Never visit thr once again in my whole life. They just took out money but provided me the worsted room all done by knwing. Food are also not allowed from outside. & thy also can't provide me w hay i actually wanted to eat. I alrdy tried maximum 4-5 stars hotel in imphal. But nowhere did i experience this kind of such misbehavior anywhere. Better to improve thr service to the customer or else customer all may get loss.

We stayed for 2 days. Location is at the heart of imphal city. Hotel rooms are good and staffs are friendly. Overall nice stay
