The hotel was good. But the cleanliness wasn't that good. Didn't get dinner at 11 o'clock. Like hana hotel owner doesn't provide other hotel's food. Order food.

Hotel yamunotri dham vrindavan have good room service. Hotel owner behavior was supportive & humble. Food quality was awesome & rates are also pocket friendly. Suggest other travelers to stay here

The hotel facilities are good, only the location is slightly off the main traffic flow. Parking facilities also available along with flexible early check in. They guide properly in the stipluated time and the staff is very cooperative.

Room were not clean. Lights were hanging. Staircase footsteps are worst. Washroom were not clean. Staff were not supportive and gentle.

The hotel is at a very far distance from main city. Not suitable for family. Conveyance not available. Need to walk with language. Area is very quite and evening and night is terrible as there is complete silence. No open window towards atmosphere. Window open towards common gallery. Room is also too small. I don't like the hotel

Uncomfortable with family in hotel conjusted rooms. Room space was is not enough. However, behave of the staff was very good.

Very poor experience and i think in my life it is first hotel where no proper food, no proper room ventilation, shower not work, no proper ac fitting, special it is a standard room but price they take delux room which is very costly as per hotel standerd. No telecom facilities available, food is very bad for health in complementary breakfast no proper menu is there even if u ask for cold water it is also charagable. I request for upcoming traveller please don't book this hotel.

It was a pathetic experience at YAMNOTRI DHAM.. they have taken extra 500₹ for booked room. Taken longer time for food delivery. No professionalism how to talk to customer. 🥹

Worst hotel they have created small rooms by doing board partition and there was no privacy. When you are speaking other room person will easily listen to your voice by sitting in his room

I have never had such a terrible experience, the location is not easily accessible, no phone in the room, electricity went in the middle and i had to call someone for that. Poor experience, i will never recommend anyone to stay there.

First of, after a hectic travel schedule we reached the hotel at around 12 midnight. Post check-in we went to see the room and to my surprise the room was not at all like what was shown. It ended before it even started. Bed was filthy with a colorful sheet. Dirt all over the bed. No place to stand since the room was so cramped up. They didn't even have the courtesy to ask/give water bottles. Dinner toh bhat dour ki baat thi. There was no hot water machine. Coming to the washroom, oh h my my let's start tap was broken sink was all stained up no place to stretch your legs while sitting water was muddy all in all it was a disaster

Room quality is very poor, not ventilation, bed sheet & blanket not clean, very bad condition on bathroom so very bad room condition.
