Good hostilities Good behavior supporting

It was a family Trip for the windchill mandir, we had stayed in night and relaxed in hotel. The atmosphere was good and rooms were separated totally.

The hotel was good, only life was not working, staff were very helpful. We had left the I'd proof at hotel but the staff called and delivered at the place near by since we had started our return journey.

Location is not easily accessible n is little difficult for own vehicle, food quality is good n services are also somehow adjustable. Only the staff n manager is very polite n ready to solve the problem, that is nice.

Location is ok if you have own vehicle. Otherwise local conveyance are available. Non veg dishes are good.

There was no power backup so ac n lift didn't work at times. Cleanliness of room was not upto the mark. But staff behaviour is very polite and good mannered

When i reached at hotel all employees were sleeping including guard no body available for tell me about my room. Breakfast was also not offered to me

Property was good but food is average. It was surprising that thay don't provide packed mineral water as complimentary. And asking for extra gst on water bottle and if i am not wrong all taxes is included in mrp.
