Service is pathetic,rooms are not well maintained, complimentary water is not served to guest, washroom are very dirty,doors of washroom are in a state to demolish, Toiletries are not provided.

Very bad service. Nonsense manager and staff. Very dirty. Not maintaining any higene. No proper parking. Mmt should immediately terminate the agreement with them. Your reputation are in state. Very bad hotel yuvaraj.
