The food and room were good. Only problem was during check-in as they were not allowing me to check-in at first because of my online booking.

The actual cost of the room is 2500- but "make my trip" takes 4200- why & the way of taking it is too rude!

Location was okay. Staff did cooperate with. I was going to my hometown in Siliguri, so I stayed there. It was an okay experience. Room was not good. It was very small. I called the team regarding this.

Very bad, very dirty, the arrangement of this hotel is so bad that i can't even talk. hotel ne diya room jisme ek single bad, ek chair, kharab ac, use kaya ha shaving kit aur kya hi tariff karu mai breakfast ke naam pe 2, 3 items bus.
