It's really good hotel, near dargah sharif, very comfort with 24 hours warm water, Led TV, Telecom, Restaurants facilities, the Restaurant food was awesome. Great thanks hotel zam, zam and Staff we will visit again.

Room was clean and hygenic and hotel was nearby from dargah, I spent a valuable time in hotel I fee led relaxed in hotel after roaming whole day in Ajmer food was also awesome inall hotel zam is value for money

Best facility of room, food, bathroom & bed. Well trained waiter. Good facility of water. Best test of your coffee in Ajmer. Best clean hotel and area. And helping nature.

The first thing I would like to say is the person on the reception are very good, kind and co-operative, the staff and room boys there were very co-opertive and helpful, had 24hrs running hot water, hotel very near to the dargah shariff, hotel is very neat compare to other hotels nearby dargah shariff had a very good and memorable stay at Hotel zamzam

Room is good, but washroom is terrible, safety wise, it is okay. Location is good as it is near to famous dargah of ajmer sharif, hotel staff is also well behaved

Over all it was a great experience. However if a customer reaches early you should take them in right away if the room is available. It's difficult to wait out after having a long journey. Otherwise the experience in the hotel was good.

Experience was good. Nice for this budget. Location is easy to find out. Walking distance from the dargah Sharif location. Breakfast was also good. Near about 1 km from Ajmer railway station. Service was very fast

Merits: Very close to the buland darwaza of the Dargah Shariff. Located in the Bazaar. Clean ambience. Free WiFi. Co-operative staff. De-merits: Room order service is slow. You need to remind the staff to clean the room. They should come and clean the rooms themselves.

Hotel zamzam is good, staff are cooperative. Well mannered. Overall good. Since Ajmer is a densely populated area and every buildings not having sufficient space around causing congestion. Room space is less. Cleanliness is not up to mark.

Room was OK.. Water in washroom used to finish too early and need to wait for water while taking Bath... Bedsheets were not changed daily... Second day breakfast took long time to arrive after asking for many times..

Room is very small and not concert location is good very near by dargah Sharif there is problem of car parking, hotel facilities is very good, but food is not tasty and food timing problem is there. Over all best.

Good comparing what I paid. Actually, got at a good offer; A. C. Room, triple bed, Hotel staff pickled me up. Dropped me at my office. For me, it was a good value for money deal. Tried to extend my stay at the same tariff, but tariff quoted bY make my trip was. More that day.

Good food, but using broken cup for tea, shower is broken, clanliness not good, staff is cooperative, tea is good, room is so cozy, I feeling happy to stay here, satisfiedand bed is good condition I lov to stay here.
