Its a really good hotel. Some of my comments based on my recent stay: Pros: - Location is a big plus, located at 2 min walk from Dalai lama temple. - Staff is really helpful. - Food is amazing, especially Chinese. -Mountain view rooms are amazing. - Room heating facility was very handy considering low temperature. Cons: Lack of amenities (shower gel, shampoo, dryer, etc). Approach lane is very narrow for cars.

We traveled Dharamshala for 3 days the hotel is very good room was clean staff was great and friendly it's very near to the main square it's truly worth I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Dharamshala.

Zambala House is a great location 5 min walk from the Dalai lama temple and buzzing market but in a quiet peaceful location with nice views of the city and mountains from the balcony! The kids loved the aloo paratha and poori bhaji. Very reasonable food menu! The place was clean and the staff was helpful (Ajeet at the reception). Would go back to stay again!

I just booked it randomly. But hotel didn't disappoint me. The room we got was spacious, vibrant and beautiful. It had big windows and a balcony. The bathroom was decent and neat and clean. The hotel was beautiful and a big thumbs up for cleanliness. Its located a bit away from mall road. That's why the stay was peaceful. We had to check out early morning so we requested them to arrange breakfast for us by 7:30, because breakfast is available from 8am. They agreed and we got our breakfast by 7:15 am. Food at the hotel was delicious, but they have only veg options thats why we had to go out for non veg meals. Staff was good and cooperative.

Location its located very near to jimmy cafe and Dalai lama temple. The toad to reach the hotel from Mcleodganj center point was not much far off but its bit steep and curvy. Room cleanliness and hospitality I found it very good as we booked 3 rooms and all the rooms were very clean and the Behavior and readiness of staff was overwhelming. Its for sure an price worthy in its category. Breakfast I dint find them very ready for it. They will cook what you need. Could be I guess a better option to avoid the wastage and even we had an conversation with owner he is the gem of social and kind person I have ever met. Wish to see him again. Thanks for such an delighted week all of you.

Nice cozy place in the heart of the town near the main square just off the himayan government tourism resort. The price could have been a bit lesser for the place. Otherwise nice place.

Very comfortable place. Despite the property being in the main area it is still very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are well worth their price.

The hotel is located at a waking distance from the main square. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our requests. We had a room with a very good view of the sunset. The room was cozy and clean with a hot wind blower installed, which was good in winters.
