Am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment on 20-jun e -2024 the experience was far from satisfactory, forcing us to move to another hotel the next morning. I would like to highlight the key issues we encountered:
1. *room cleanliness: the condition of the room, specifically room number 201, was unacceptable. There was visible fungi near the bedside, which poses serious health risks and indicates a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. 2. *food quality: the food served was distasteful and inedible, forcing us to leave it uneaten. I have attached a picture to illustrate the poor quality of the food provided. 3. *service issues: despite requesting the manager, mr. to change the quilt four times, he remained engrossed in watching the india-afghanistan match. It was only after multiple requests late into the night that he finally instructed his staff to address our request. 4. *unprofessional behavior: during checkout, i attempted to provide constructive feedback to mr. the front desk associate, regarding the importance of maintaining hygiene for the benefit of the hotel's reputation. His response was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. He stated, "bahut dekhe reviews aap logi ke matter nahi krta", dismissing our concerns with "kuch nahi hota, tum log fir bhi aaoge ghumne"
this level of service and attitude from your staff is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. I urge the senior management to take these points into serious consideration and address the issues to prevent such incidents from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that will be taken to rectify these issues.
