Hotel is nearly approach to the railway station. Good location with narrow street, even an auto can not turn.

There infrastructure was very poor. 1) the lift was not working. And i was given room on 3rd floor. 2) the room lock was not working. I actually kept room unlocked all 2 days. 3) flush was not cleaning properly. 4) nobody serviced the room. I wasted my money because of makemytrip. Horrible

1. Service by the hotel was not good. 2. Small rats (2 nos) are nested in the cot and it spoiled our food. 3. Bed, pillow and bedsheet smell stinky. 4. Spider nest and more dust found on the roof and at head rest of cot. 5. Door bottom clearance to the floor was more, the rats uses the clearance. 6. Sofa should be cleaned at-least once, i think they have never did after purchase. 7. Dual switch option should be adopted and bed time lights should be provided. 8. Camod flush was not working, complained. No action taken. 9. Toilet spray gun also not working. 10. Situp misaligned, couldn't sit properly. 11. No proper cable routings were done for tv and setup box. I stayed with my friends for 3 nights and 4 days. It was not happy at all. Kindly don't tie up this kind hotels with your company. Customer satisfaction is more important. Kindly verify.

Basic amenities were not provided like drinking water, glass, plates etc even toiletries and dustbin were provided only after repeatedly asking for them. Room cleaning was not done at their own. Hospitality staff was not that much cooperative. Cleanliness and hygiene were neglected even after repeated reminders. Last but not least this hotel zee residency was just average

Worst its like a low class lodge

1. No parking 2. Very unhygenic 3. Too much noise 4. Unclean bed and pillows and final not even a single thing to say good. I reached at 10 pm and checked out at 6 am. i stayed only because i paid and was so tired
