I have got 9x10 ft room it’s 90 sq feet room instead 150 sq ft room I had book it’s too small room but its ok it’s clean room

we had taken a family suite, it was well maintained and the service was good, reception was always available for our services, the breakfast was also good, but a minor issue was that the size of the breakfast room very small

Happy with my stay
The rooms were clean,the staff was very nice and helpful and the food given to us was also very good and there is a different menu for food every day.

The room was very compact. The hotel should at least provide complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee making (TCM) facilities for guests upon arrival. Basic toiletries were not available, and there was no iron or ironing board accessible for guest use. The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the US Consulate and good connectivity to nearby locations.

Very poor facilities, room cleanliness is terrible, found many insects , no proper house keeping, cost is very high compared to amenities and location

Good Stay
The room was sorta small for the price point(2500) but was very clean, no dirt anywhere. Wifi wasn't working but was fixed immediately so that was nice. No hot water though, but all other toiletries functioned perfectly. The location/surroundings of the hotel was pretty bad, garbage thrown around and the general ambience was poor. Their staff was pretty helpful though. Did not have food at the hotel so cannot comment on that

Terrible Stay
Asked for little late checkout but got denied the receptionist girl was very arrogant and was behaving like i asked for her life rooms are also too small and not at all worth for the money dont go for it many better options available nearby

Had a bad Experience
Not at all co-operative staff.. Rooms were also too small and conjusted.. Not recommended for anyone.. Location was also too bad and smelly.. 👎🏻

Rooms are good, food has to be brought from nearby hotels as there is no restaurant in Zillion executive. Room service is good .
